Synopsis: The body count continues in this vivid thriller, the fourth — but not final — story in the widely successful Friday The 13th series. Friday the 13th : The Final Chapter 6.0
A pretty tepid offering on the whole, I found myself tuning out and blankly staring at the screen, not caring about the characters or what was unfolding. I wonder how someone like Jason can get around so quickly – it’s like he can teleport from one place to the next. And yet he can’t catch his prey when they’re pretty girls, running around scantily clad. Go figure 😉
The only noteworthy thing about this film is Corey Feldman’s performance – there hadn’t been a solid performance like this since Kevin Bacon’s in the original. It’s a shame that Feldman got lost in drugs and railroaded his career, ’cause this proves that he had talent and probably should have gone on to bigger, better things. Oh well…
So… is this ACTUALLY ‘The Final Chapter? For reals? 😉
