A novelist with writer’s block meets a call-girl who happens to be a fan of his work. As both are on the edge of precipices in their lives, their dialogues and subsequent friendship bring about some transformative, and much-needed, changes.
Seems simple enough but, despite some theatrical acting and a low-budget production, the exchanges are the reason this film exists and it makes for good viewing. Whether you like the characters or not (or their respective choices, for that matter), it makes for solid drama.
